PRINCESS ANNE, Md. - When you at the top of your game you find a lot people asking advice on how to get where you are. That is true today of the University of Maryland Eastern Shore (UMES) Women's Bowling Team. WBOC-TV 16 was on campus this morning taping a segment to air on DelmarvaLife today at 4:00 p.m. Host Bryan Spyros got tips on his game and discussed the team's success.

DelmarvaLife, WBOC's late-afternoon lifestyle show was in the Student Services Center at the Sharon D. Brummell Lanes taping a segment with head coach Kristina Frahm, senior Paula Vilas (Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic), NCAA MVP T'nia Falbo (Greensburg, Pa.) and freshman Mariana Alvarado (Leon, Mexico).

The segment will air towards the end of the show at approximately 4:50 p.m. Frahm talked about the team's recent championship run, Falbo described the preparations and training that she and her teammates endure to be NCAA champions while Vilas demonstrated some basic "beginner" techniques that Frahm narrated. Spyros, the host, also got involved and rolled a few balls. Tune in no later than 4:45 p.m. to catch the performance.
