The Hawks top the Aggies 4-1 to win the MEAC Championship.
Following a day of competition on Saturday that they'd rather forget, the Maryland Eastern Shore Hawks Bowling squad rebounded to win all four of their Baker matches on Sunday to finish 5-3 in the meet.

The Hawks came in eighth place at this year's Prairie View A&M Invite in Arlington, Texas.

2016-17: MEAC All-Academic honoree... Averaged 166.7 in Baker competition and 186.2 in traditional play... Converted spares at a 72.2 percent rate including 96.1 percent of single-pin spares...
Personal: A highly decorated scholastic bowler from Charlotte, North Carolina... Bowled in travel leagues throughout her high school career and owns the league records for high series in both six and three game series... Went undefeated throughout league play, placing first in every singles event throughout her prep career... Was named Bowler of the Year by the league each year... Touts a high game of a 289 and a 788 high series... Blds league records for high female average, high scratch series and high game. Most memorable accomplishment however may not be one of her wins, but one that wasn’t... At the 2013 Junior Gold Championships, in just her second year of competing at the event, Collins earned a spot in match-play as the fourth seed in the girls U15 division.
