PRINCESS ANNE, Md.For the first time this year, fans were introduced to the 2012-13 men's and women's basketball outfits at the third annual Hawk Hysteria. Before a packed house, the UMES women’s bowling team was also presented with their 2012 NCAA Championship rings and each player was introduced. The night featured a wide variety of games, presentations and dancing.

Harry had several friends in attendance, including Cherry Limeade (Sonic), Hardee Star (Hardees), Roadkill the Armadillo (Texas Roadhouse), Hun E. Bee (Eastern Shore Spelling Bee), Sammy the Sea Gull (Salisbury University) and Sherman the Shorebird (Delmarva Shorebirds).

Williams (Chair of the Board of UMES Visitors), Charles Otto (Maryland Delegate), Dr. Kirkland Hall (Former Coach/Exercise Science professor) and many more.

The basketball teams were each introduced one-by-one and participated in scrimmages. The women’s game included two 10-minute halves, while the men went with two eight-minute frames with a running clock.

For the men, freshman Dominique Cowell (Hampton, Va.) opened the announcements with a dance that brought the crowd to its feet. His performance was rivaled by that of Head Coach, Frankie Allen, who amazed everyone in attendance with a smooth dance to “Before I Let You Go” by Frankie Beverly.
