2003-2004: Was fourth on the team in scoring averaging 9.2 points per game, while ranking second with 41 steals and 45 assists. As a team leader on the floor, Bennett led the team in minutes played per game as averaged 29.2 minutes a contest. She led the team in scoring three times last season, including a personal season-high 24 points in a victory over American University. Bennett ranks as one of the top two returns in over 10 offensive categories.

JUCO: As a member of the Florida Community College basketball squad from 2001-2003, Bennett was a two-time All-Conference first team selection.

High School/Club: Bennett, who was named Rutherford High School MVP, has a very decorated high school career. She was an all-county selection and named Rookie of the Year.

Personal: Born October 17, 1981 in Panama City, Florida. She has two sisters, Nicole and Aspin, and two brothers, Brian and Lee. She is the daughter of Sandra Patterson and Robert Humes. Bennett is majoring in Criminal Justice and plans on attending graduate school following graduation. Her favorite sports moment is the 1989 finals as the Pistons took on the Boston Celtics.

A very religious athlete, Bennett's personal role model is God as she listens to church music before all games, while watching game film. She follows the advice that you should "trust in the lord with all thine hear and lean not to thy own understand."
