Eastern Shore Lid-Lifter (Men)

2017 Cross Country: Debuted at the Eastern Shore Lid-Lifter, where he earned one of two top ten finishes for the year … ran a 17:54.7 in his debut to place eighth … added another eighth place showing at the DSU Pre-Conference … quickest 5K was a 17:44.7 at the Hornet Invite, and fastest 8K was his 27:52.3 running of the MEAC Championship … named Rookie of the Year by the coaching staff.  

2018 Indoor Track: Qualified for the MEAC in the 800 meter run after running a 1:56.33 at the Eastern Shore Invite … adjusted time in the 800 ranks 16th in the conference … more than half of the events placed in the top three (between individual and relay events) … also recorded top times of 1:07.07 in the 500 dash, 1:23.51 in the 600 dash, and 2:33.86 in the 1000 meter run … ran the opening leg of the winning sprint medley team with a time of 3:34.60 at the TCNJ College Open.

2018 Outdoor Track: Earned an IC4A qualification by running the anchor leg of the 4x400 relay that finished in 3:17.26 at the Towson Invite … that time ranks 11th the MEAC and 46th in the IC4A … earned a second place finish individually with a time of 2:02.53 at the Delaware Open in the 800 meter run … added PR’s of 23.83 seconds in the 200 and 53.60 seconds in the 400.
