2010 Outdoor Season: Season-bests: 800m (2:01.75 - Mason Spring Invite); 1500m (4:12.32 - Wake Forest Open); 3000m Steeplechase (10:14.59 - Maryland Invitational): 5000m (15:28.07 - Penn Invite) ... Also competed at the Delaware State Invitational, MEAC Championships and Morgan State Legacy ... Recognized at the 57th Annual UMES Honors Convocation for maintaining a GPA of at least 3.5 during 12 semester hours ... Named to the MEAC Commissioner's All-Academic List.

2010 Indoor Season: Season-bests: 1 Mile (4:28.64 - Albany Great Dane Classic); 3000m (8:50.01 - New Balance Collegiate Invitational); 5000m (15:35.76 - MEAC Championships) ... Member of the DMR that ran a 10:25.40 at the UMES Coach O Invitational ... Also competed at the NYC Gotham Cup.

2009 Cross Country Season: Named team Player of the Year ... Competed in six events ... Was UMES's top finisher at the UMES Lid-Lifter Invitational, crossing 18th with a time of 27:08.42 ... Placed first overall at the Towson Invitational in 28:14.86 ... Crossed 51st at the UMES Cappy Anderson Invitational in 27:19.35 ... Finished third overall (first for the Hawks) at the Delaware State Hornet Invitational with a 5k time of 15:53:79 ... Ran a 26:50.63 at the Delaware Blue & Gold Invitational, which was good for 19th overall and first for UMES ... Earned a medal at the MEAC Championship at UMES with sixth place finish in 26:28.61, a season best.

2009 Indoor Season: Ran the mile in 4:24.71 at the Penn State Nationals ... Ran a 8:48.57 in the 3000 meters at the Christopher Newport Invitational ... Ran a 15:19.47 in the 5000 meters at the MEAC Championships.

2009 Outdoor Season: Ran a 4:09.54 in the 1500 meters at the Morgan State Legacy ... Ran the 3000 Meter Steeplechase in 9:53.74 and the 5000 meters in 15:38.55 at the MEAC Championships.

2008 Cross Country Season: Earned MEAC Athlete of the Week honors Sept. 24 ... Was UMES's top finisher at the Cappy Anderson Invitational, crossing third in 25:45.47 ... Posted his top time of the season on an eight-kilometer course at the UMES Hawk Challenge, running second in a time of 25:25.21 ... Finished 117th at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional in 36:00 on a 10K course.

2008 Indoor Season: Ran 4:25.74 in the 1,600 meters and 15:12.35 in the 5,000.

2008 Outdoor Season: Ran 4:03.76 in the 1500 meters and 14:53.30 in the 5,000 meters ... Competed in the NCAA Regionals at Florida State.
