2016 MEAC Cross Country Championships

Maryland Eastern Shore's men cross country team won its third straight conference title; women took second place.

The 2016 Cappy Anderson Invitational

The women's team won the event while Khalil Rmidi Kinini won as an individual and the men's team took second place.

2017 Cross Country: Ran in every meet for the second straight year ... started out with her best finish, coming in 10th during the Eastern Shore Lid-Lifter ... steadily raced up to a fastest time of 22:38.1 at the MEAC Championships.

2018 Indoor Track: Enjoyed plenty of success as a relay runner this winter … was part of the DMR team that ranked eighth in the MEAC with a time of 12:50.16 at the conference championship  … also ran on the DMR squad that won the Eastern Shore Invite with a 13:48.32 clip … set a personal record with a 1:44.56 in the 600 meter at the Seahawks Shootout … named the recipient of the Coaches Award by the Hawks staff.

2018 Outdoor Track: Participated more in the dashes during the spring … set new personal records in the 200 (28.49 seconds) and the 400 (1:02.50) … best finish with a third place showing at the Delaware Open for the 400 dash … helped a pair of relay teams achieve top ten placements.

2016 Cross Country: Competed in every meet as a freshman … earned her best time and place during the Cappy Anderson 5k with a time of 22:13.91 to finish 20th.

2017 Indoor Track: Ran one event during the season—finished 9th with a time of 1:24.17 in the 500 meter dash.

2017 Outdoor Track: Set personal records in the 400, 800 and 1500 meter runs with times of 1:02.57 (400), 2:25.87 (800) and 5:13.69 (1500) … helped a pair of 4x400 relay teams to top ten finishes … her PR time in the 800 was good enough for 8th at the Christopher Newport Captains’ Classic.
