2016 Cross Country: Started out strong with a fourth place finish of 16:36.50 at the Del State Invite 5k … added a third place finish at the DSU Farm Run … placed second among Hawks with a time of 32:16 at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional 10k … finished 16th at the 2016 MEAC Championships.

2017 Indoor Track: Set personal records in both the 3K and 5K events … placed second at the Navy Open with a PR of 8:49.38 in the 3000 ... earned two points with his PR time of 15:21.04 in the 5000 meter run.  

2017 Outdoor Track: Qualified for the MEAC Championships in the 10K and the 3000 meter steeplechase … earned a 2nd place finish with a time of 10:17.56 in the steeplechase at the Savannah State Twilight … set a personal record in the 800 meter run with a showing of 2:01.98 at the Embry-Riddle Spikes Classic.

2014 Cross Country: Consistently a top ten finisher over the course of the season ... began his collegiate career with a fifth place time of 16:58.39 at the UMES Lid Lifter ... added another 5th place finish at the Del State Invite ... fastest 8k time was a 25:26.87, 7th place run at the Cappy Anderson Invite ... finished 34th at the MEAC Championship. 

2015 Indoor Season:
Distance runner ... finished fourth at the Nelson Townsend Invite with a time of 4:32.37 in the mile ... also took third in the Coach O's mile ... finished 14th at the MEAC Championships in the mile, 8th in the 3000 meter run with a time of 9:10.85 and 6th in the 5000 with a time of 15:30.34 ... top time in the 3000 with 8:52.05, tying him for 13th at the Navy Invite. 

2015 Outdoor Season:
Took a pair of top ten finishes in the 1500 meter run, including a 10th place of 4:07.69 ... ran in fifth place in the 5000 meter at the MEAC Championships with a time of 15:30.34 ... took third at the Navy Invitational and second at the Morgan Legacy in the 5000. 

High School:
Played cross country, soccer and volleyball in high school ... was a provinical champion who qualified for nationals.

Personal: Born on August 8, 1991 in Kenya ... son of Esther Meli ... has a brother, Josphat ...
