2010 Cross Country Season: Competed in all seven meets for UMES ... Ran a season-best 21:07.82 at the UMES Cappy Anderson Invitational ... Finished fifth overall at the Delaware State Open with a time of 21:34.72 to help the Lady Hawks to a first place title.

2009 Cross Country Season: Ran seven events ... Finished 52nd at the UMES Lid-Lifter Invitational with a time of 23:49.85 ... Placed 32nd at the Towson Invitational in 22:43.83 ... Was 52nd at the UMES Cappy Anderson Invitational with a time of 22:16.25 ... Crossed 11th at the Delaware State Hornet Invitational with a season best time of 21:34.94 ... Ran a 22:15.04 at the Delaware Blue & Gold Invitational, which was good for 86th place ... Was 34th overall at the MEAC Championships at UMES with a time of 21:39.46 ... Finished with a time of 27:39 in the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional, held at UMES.

2009 Indoor Season: Ran a 12:11.05 in the 3000 meters at the Christopher Newport Invitational and a 22:27.14 in the 5000 meters at the Great Dane Classic.

2009 Outdoor Season: Ran a 6:04.04 in the 1500 meters at the Penn Invitational and a 21:54.92 in the 5000 meters at the Maryland Invitational.

2008 Cross Country Season: Ran five events ... Posted her best time of the season in the MEAC Championships at UMES with a 21:38.37 ... Member of MEAC Championship team ... Finished 180th in the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional, crossing in 30:43.00 on the six-kilometer course.
