2010 Indoor Season: Season-bests: 1 Mile (5:16.38 - MEAC Championships); 3000m (10:42.34 - MEAC Championships) ... Also competed at the New Balance Collegiate Invitational, NYC Gotham Cup, Albany Great Dane Classic, Penn State Nationals and UMES Coach O Invitational.

2009 Cross Country Season: Participated in six events ... Finished first for UMES and 29th overall at the UMES Lid-Lifter Invitational with a time of 20:37.74 ... Ran a 21:00.37 at the Towson Invitational, which was good for 11th place ... Crossed first overall at the Delaware State Hornet Invitational with a time of 19:27.47 ... Placed 35th with a time of 20:25.65 at the Delaware Blue & Gold Invitational ... Was eighth overall at the MEAC Championship at UMES with a time of 19:16.69, her best of the season ... Finished the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regionals, held at UMES, with a time of 24:43.

2009 Indoor Season: Ran the Christopher Newport Invitational 800 meters in 2:22.38 ... Finished the mile in 5:17.34 at the Navy Invitational ... Ran the 3000 meters in 10:50.36 at the MEAC Championships.

2009 Outdoor Season: Ran a 2:18.21 in the 800 meters at the Wake Forest Open ... Finished the 1500 meters in 4:50.00 at the Morgan State Legacy ... Ran the 3000 meter Steeplechase in 11:57.69 and the 5000 meters in 18:53.17 at the MEAC Championships.

2008 Cross Country Season: Ran in three events ... Was top UMES finisher at the MEAC Championships, held at UMES ... Came in seventh in a time of 18:39.70, was her top time of the season ... Member of the MEAC Championship team ... Finished 129th in the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional six-kilometer race in 25:31.

2008 Outdoor Season: Ran her best 800 of the season May 2 in 2:19.43 ... Also posted an 800-meter of 2:23.55 on April 12 ... Top 1,500-meter time was 4:47.03 on May 2 ... Had team third best 5,000 race in 18:50.48 on March 22.

2008 Indoor Season: Ran top 800 in 2:26.44 on Dec. 7 ... Ran the 1-Mile race in 5:20.32 on Feb. 9 ... Had team's third-best 3,000-meter time of 10:42.37 on Feb. 2.

High School/Club: Won Sports Woman of the Year in high school in 2004 ... Part of the most improved team in 2003 in high school boys' and girls' championship.

Personal: Born April 16, 1986 in St. Catherine, Jamaica ... Daughter of Barbara Mc-Calla ... Has five brothers and four sisters ... Is an Exercise Science major ... Best sports moment came in 2001 when she went to the cross country championship and won her first individual medal (bronze) for Jamaica ... Upon graduation, she plans to become a teacher and pass down knowledge to younger generations ... Hobbies outside of sports include: reading, listening to music and communicating with intelligent people.
