2017 Cross Country: Spectacular start to his senior season in which he would be named Maryland Eastern Shore Male Athlete of the Year by the administration and coaching staff ... finished top ten in every race he competed in during his senior season ... won the DSU Pre-Conference 8K with a mark of 27:20.5 ... led the Hawks with a seventh place finish at the MEAC Championships ... added top five performances in the Eastern Shore Lid-Lifter and the DSU Hornet Invite 5K.

2018 Indoor Track: Was named MVP for men’s indoor track by the coaching staff … qualified for the IC4A in the mile with an adjusted time of 4:13.53 from the Eastern Shore Invite … went to the MEAC in three events—the mile, 3000 and 5000 meter runs … ranked second among conference competitors in the mile, sixth in the 5K and seventh in the 3K … earned 16 points for The Shore at the MEAC Championships, which included a second place finish in the 3K with a time of 8:53.28 … part of the DMR squad that ranked 93rd nationwide with an adjusted 10:03.26 showing … won two races in the mile, including a team best time of 4:16.76 at the Eastern Shore Invite … also had the team’s best times in the 3K with a 8:44.75 from the Seahawks Shootout, and in the 5K with a time of 15:10.61 at the Wesley Brown Invitational.

2018 Outdoor Track: Continued his strong senior season, which included a trip to Tampa for the NCAA East Preliminaries … named the men’s track MVP for the third time by the coaching staff … earned the Tampa trek for his efforts in the 3000 steeplechase, as his time of 8:57.95 ranks second in the MEAC, eighth in the IC4A, 27th in the NCAA East and 75th nationwide … also earned IC4A qualifications for the 1500 meter run, and the MEAC for the 800 meter and 5K … scored 19 points at the MEAC Championships, including a runner up time of 9:15.24 in the steeplechase and a third place time of 3:56.48 in the 1500 meter that cleared the IC4A qualifying time … was part of the 4x800 squad at the Penn Relays who ran the event in 7:46.53 which ranks 48th in the IC4A … finished with two victories-a 1500 win at the Towson Invitational and a steeplechase win at the Colonial Relays.

2017 Indoor Track: Qualified for the postseason in several events … competed at the IC4A/ECAC Championships in the mile and the distance medley … helped set a school record in the DMR with a time of 10:01.76 at IC4A’s … contributed 17.5 points to the Hawks at the MEAC Championships, assisting in a victory in the 4x800 relay along with a second place finish in the 3000 meter run with a time of 8:38.70 … earned a personal best time of 4:14.06 in the mile run to qualify for the IC4A.

2015 Cross Country: Joined team for the Cappy Anderson Invitational ... finished fourth at the DSU Farm Run with a time of 26:51.25 ... nearly shaved a minute off that time at the MEAC Championships with another fourth place time of 25:55.00 ... ran the NCAA Mid-Atlantic 10k at a time of 32:56.4.

2016 Indoor Season: Specialized in the distance races ... set a PR in the mile with a time of 4:15.55 at the Scarlet & White Invitational ... made significant contributions during the conference championships, helping the team win the DMR along with two runner up finishes in the 3000 and 5000 and a third place spot in the mile ... achieved a runner up spot in the mile at the Crimson Elite and a third place finish at the UMES Lid-Lifter ... topped out with a 8:46.69 in the 3000, which placed him ninth at Villanova ... finished in the top five at Wesley Brown Invitational with a 15:07.66 in the 5000 ... was part of the DMR team that ran a 10:32.63, runner up performance at Wesley Brown.  

2016 Outdoor Season: Had a first place finish in the 3000s at the Wake Forest Open with a time of 9:13.39...had four runner-up apparenaces including Navy Invite, Don Webster Invite, Hampton Relays and the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Championships...had a personal best in the 10K with a time of 31:46.63 at the Navy Invite and a personal best in the 3000s with a time of 8.54.94 at the IC4A/ECAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships.

2015 Indoor Season: Distance runner ... ran a 4:25.73 mile at the MEAC Championships, finishing 4th ... topped out in the mile with a time of 4:22.72 at the Metro Team Challenge ... Ran a clip of 8:24.10 in the 3000 meter at the Boston Last Chance ... took runner up at the Nelson Townsend Invitational and MEACs in the 3000 ... finished third at MEACs in the 5000 meter with a time of 15:30.77 ... took first along with Taj Showalter, Sodiq Amusat, and Khalil Rmidi Kinini in the DMR at MEACs with a time of 10:11.81.

2015 Outdoor Season: Specialized in the 5000 meter and 3000 steeplechase ... qualified for the IC4A/ECAC Championships in the steeplechase, finishing 10th with a time of 8:59.90 ... time was 49th best in the country, just missing the cut for the NCAA preliminaries ... was runner up behind Khalil Rmidi Kinini at the MEACs in the steeplechase ... recorded a 14:54.47 at the Virginia Challenge in the 5k ... finished 4th at the VertKlasse and 2nd at MEACs in the same event.
