The 2018 Eastern Shore Invite

Hawks Track & Field hosted Delaware State, Wesley, Salisbury, and UDC at the Hytche Center Feb. 2nd and 3rd.

2017 Cross Country: Debuted at the DSU Farm Run 8k in September with a time of 29:44.9 … placed 33rd at the MEAC Championships, improving on his Farm Run time by over a minute … competitor at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional 10k.  

2017 Indoor Track: Distance runner who mainly competed in the 3000 meter run … set a personal record with a 9:12.66, placing fifth in the 3K at the Eastern Shore Lid-Lifter … also competed in the 800m, mile, 5K and the 4x800 relay … helped win a 4x800 event by running the first leg of an 8:03.11 time at the Navy Open … four of his six individual races had him finish in the top five.

2017 Outdoor Track: Set personal records in the 1500m and 5K events … earned times of 4:22.05 and 15:41.62, respectively … competed at the MEAC Championships in the 5K.
