2016 Outdoor Season: Ran mainly in the 5000 meter...competed in his first 10k at the Wake Forest Open and finshed in 5th place with a time of 34:49.80...had a personal best in the 5000 meter run at the Don Webster Invitational with a time of 17:07.61.
2015 Cross Country: Ran in a multiple of races during the season...had a 12th place finish in the 8k at the DSU Farm Run Invitational...was on the MEAC Championship team finshing in 17th place at the event with a time of 27:05.5.
2014 Cross Country: Took home numerous top ten finishes, only finishing outside the top ten once all season ... began year with a pair of third place finishes in the 4 mile UMES Lid Lifter and Del. State Invite ... top time in the 4 mile was 16:37.86 at the Lid Lifter ... ran a collegiate best of 26:59.90 in his first 8k of the year at Cappy Anderson Invite while earning a 5th place finish ... took 10th at the MEAC Championships with a time of 27:56.8.
2014 Indoor Season: Competed primarily in the 3000 meter run ... best time was 9:18.69 at the Coach O Invitational, where he took third place ... also ran once in the 5000 meter run, finishing with a time of 16:43.86.
2014 Outdoor Season: Split time between the 5000 meter run and the 3000 meter steeplechase ... finished with a time of 16:24.50 in the 5k at the Wake Forest Open ... earned a top ten finish at Navy in the 5000, finishing seventh ... brought home a top ten finish in the steeplechase with a time of 10:17.92, sixth place finish at the Morgan Leagcy. 2013 Cross Country Season: Had the second-most top ten finishes on the men's team...best finish was a fourth place time of 21:29 flat at the Hornet Invitational...made collegiate debut at the UMES Lid-Lifter where he finished 10th with a time of 16:51.06...earned two top ten finishes in the 5 mile runs as well...finished fifth at the Farm Run Invitational and tenth at the Delaware State Invitational...ran his best 5 mile time at the MEAC Championships with a time of 27:26.90 and a 24th place finish, good for second best for UMES runners.
