Solo host Will DeBoer welcomes Bobby Collins (men's basketball), Fred Batchelor (women's basketball), and Tori Morris (women's basketball) to M Street Grille.

Will DeBoer is in his second season as Director of Broadcasting for Maryland Eastern Shore men's and women's basketball. In addition to serving as Voice of the Hawks on SFMSports.net and Fox Sports 960, he produces video packages for the Eastern Shore Athletics website and assists in other sports information duties. DeBoer is the Voice of the Delmarva Shorebirds minor league baseball team during the summer.

DeBoer came to The Shore after spending one season as Broadcasting & Media Relations Assistant for the York (Pa.) Revolution of the independent Atlantic League of Professional Baseball. Prior to that, he spent two years as Graduate Assistant for Broadcasting & Production at Columbus State (Ga.) University, where he cultivated many of the skills he uses at Eastern Shore. DeBoer also spent two summers as broadcaster for summer collegiate baseball teams in Kalamazoo, Mich., and Lisle, Ill.

Will earned his B.A. from Hope (Mich.) College in May 2014 and his M.P.A. from Columbus State in May 2016.

A native of West Lafayette, Ind., DeBoer currently lives in Salisbury.
