PRINCESS ANNE, Md. - The University of Maryland Eastern Shore (UMES) has joined forces with Unique 360 Tours to provide 360 degree virtual tours of many of the Hawk Athletic facilities on campus. The tours, which currently feature the Hytche Athletic Center and the Sharon D. Brummell Bowling Lanes, give the viewer a complete virtual tour of the facility from the comfort of one's computer screen without even having to visit the campus.

"Unique 360 Tours has become one of the most sought-after Virtual Tour providers on the East Coast with our compelling High Definition 360° Virtual Tours," said John Gibbs, the President of Unique 360. "We teamed up with UMES to give students, athletes, recruits, and fans an inside-look at the UMES Athletic Facilities. From Center Court at the Hytche Arena to a Behind-the-Scenes look at the Locker Rooms, UMES has stepped up their marketing efforts once again. As more and more colleges are quickly getting on board with Unique 360 Tour's innovative technology, UMES is ahead of the game and making an impact in the community."

In one of the tours, Unique 360 Tours panned around practically every room of the school's Hytche Athletic Center, from the lobby to the weight room. Visitors to the Web site can drag their cursor up and down and all around the rooms for every possible angle. Fans can find the tours by clicking on the facilities link on the left side of their website, Currently UMES has videos up of two indoor facilities but plans to bring the company back this summer or fall to video all of the outdoor facilities as well.

"We are thrilled to offer this to our fans, alumni and potential students. With budgets the way they way they are, whether it is a family or the school, this is a cost effective way people can `visit' our facilities without having the expense of traveling here. We always want our potential students to see the campus in person, but when that isn't possible, Unique 360 Tours has offered a great option to still provide a tour," said G. Stan Bradley, Associate Director of Athletics for External Affairs at UMES.

The Annapolis, Md. based firm had already produced pieces for the University of Maryland, College Park and Towson University. It also works with Real Estate companies, schools, builders and more, including a few high-profile clients, such as Duff Goldman from the Food Network's "Ace of Cakes."
